(KENT, Wash) – Pacific Raceways’ motocross track turns a new chapter today (Aug. 10) as it re-opens for a series of practice sessions for the rest of 2012.

Under the direction of motocross veteran racer Lance Smail, the motocross facility will be open the following dates and times in August with additional practice sessions through fall to be announced soon.

Fri., August 10 - 12 pm to dusk

Sun., August 12 - 10 am to 5 pm

Wed., August 15 - 12 pm to dusk

Fri., August 17 - 12 pm to dusk

Wed., August 22 - 12 pm to dusk

Sun., August 26 - 10 am to 5 pm

Wed., August 29 - 12 pm to dusk

The cost per rider is $30 for a single moto and an additional $20 for a second moto. Crew and spectator admission is $5 for 7-years-old and older and kids 6-and-under are free.

Riders will be grouped into the following classes:

Pro and Intermediates

Juniors

Beginners

Veterans & Women

65cc & 85cc
